About the Formulation
Ultradase-P is a fixed-dose analgesic and anti-inflammatory combination containing Aceclofenac 100 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, and Serratiopeptidase 15 mg (equivalent to 30,000 enzyme units). It combines pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and anti-edematous actions to help manage pain, inflammation, and associated swelling.
Indication / Uses
Used for the management of acute pain, inflammation, swelling, musculoskeletal disorders, postoperative pain, dental pain, and other painful inflammatory conditions.
Mechanism of Action (MOA)
Aceclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis and thereby relieving pain and inflammation. Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effects, helping reduce pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that helps reduce inflammatory edema and promotes the resolution of swelling.
