About the Formulation
This is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory formulation containing Serratiopeptidase 10 mg (equivalent to 20,000 enzyme units) and Diclofenac Potassium 50 mg. It is designed to provide effective relief from pain and inflammation while helping reduce associated swelling and edema.
Indication / Uses
Used for the management of acute pain, inflammation, swelling, musculoskeletal disorders, postoperative pain, dental pain, and other painful inflammatory conditions.
Mechanism of Action (MOA)
Diclofenac Potassium inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis and thereby relieving pain and inflammation. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that helps break down inflammatory proteins and supports the reduction of edema and swelling, complementing the anti-inflammatory action of diclofenac.
